This acquisition is set to integrate F1 Seed Tech's advanced breeding technologies and extensive expertise into WildBio Co's operations. F1 Seed Tech's F1 hybrid seeds are designed to exceed the yield and cannabinoid content of traditional seeds by over 50%, providing sustainable, scalable, and reliable cannabis starting material. These seeds also enhance crop management efficiency through higher yield potential and reduced agronomic management costs across various high-THC and high-CBD varieties.
F1 Seed Tech manages its global operations from Eindhoven, with day-neutral breeding stations in Oregon and short-day stations in Kibbutz Ruhama.
