ESI Eurosilo

ESI Eurosilo has acquired Betomatic AB for an undisclosed amount. This corporate acquisition sees ESI Eurosilo taking full ownership of the Vittsjö-based engineering workshop.

Betomatic AB, an engineering workshop based in Vittsjö, Sweden, was established in 1983 and has operated as a family company since 1994. Specializing in providing manufacturing services to customers who do not have their own production facilities or require additional capacity for cutting and bending, Betomatic employs 13 individuals and reports a turnover of approximately 14 million SEK. The company's production capabilities encompass both mass production, with batch sizes ranging from 10 to 2000 pieces per delivery, and single-unit manufacturing. A significant portion of its current production is dedicated to the manufacturing of burners and stoves for pellets, alongside its core laser cutting and bending services.

This acquisition is poised to strategically enhance ESI Eurosilo's operational capabilities by integrating Betomatic's specialized engineering and manufacturing expertise. Betomatic's advanced fleet and proficiency in precision processes like laser cutting and bending offer ESI Eurosilo an opportunity to secure or expand its internal production resources. The move could streamline supply chains, increase manufacturing capacity, and potentially allow ESI Eurosilo to broaden its market reach by leveraging Betomatic's established client relationships and technical proficiency in industrial components and pellet-based energy solutions. The acquisition also brings Betomatic's commitment to short delivery times and good service into the ESI Eurosilo group.

The integration of Betomatic AB into ESI Eurosilo is anticipated to create a more robust and diversified entity. The combined operations are expected to deliver enhanced value through expanded manufacturing capabilities and potentially new market opportunities, building on Betomatic's established reputation for quality and efficiency. This strategic move aims to strengthen both companies' positions within their respective industrial sectors.
