Axxela, previously co-owned by Helios Investment Partners LLP and Sojitz Corporation, stands as a pioneer private sector-led developer of natural gas distribution in Nigeria. The company also functions as a designated natural gas shipper on the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP), effectively delivering gas to over 200 industrial and commercial customers. Its operations are underpinned by a vast network of over 330km in gas pipeline infrastructure, through which it provides unique energy solutions primarily via its subsidiaries: Gaslink Nigeria Limited, Gas Network Services Limited, Central Horizon Gas Company Limited, and Transit Gas Nigeria Limited.
