Acrow Ltd. (ASX:ACF) has acquired Ausgroup Industrial Services (QLD) Pty Ltd (AGIS) for $54.5 million. The transaction sees Acrow expand its footprint in the industrial services sector by integrating AGIS, a Queensland-based provider of high-risk services to major companies within the mining, ports, mills, and industrial facilities.

AGIS is known for its comprehensive range of services, including Access Solutions, Protective Coatings with on and offsite capabilities, Industrial Cleaning, Rigging & Drafting, Project Management, and Asset Corrosion Inspection and Grading. The company’s vision centers on being a solutions provider to its contracting partners, assisting in day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, profitability, and quality. This acquisition is strategic for Acrow, enabling it to diversify its service offerings and strengthen its presence in critical industrial markets across Queensland.
