BLS E-Services Ltd has acquired atyati Technologies for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition marks a significant expansion for BLS E-Services into the financial technology and banking correspondent sectors. atyati Technologies, incorporated in April 2006, is a prominent player in financial inclusion, offering a comprehensive suite of banking and financial services through its proprietary technology platform and extensive network of Bank Mitras.
atyati's operations span 27 states with over 25,000 Bank Mitras and a team of 1000+ members across 100 offices. Its Ganaseva technology platform facilitates over ₹3000 crore in transactions monthly and hosts more than ₹12,000 crore of advances for various banks. The platform serves over 5 crore customers, providing automated delivery mechanisms for governmental, financial, healthcare, and commercial services. atyati also manages a ₹1000 crore active lending book across microfinance, agriculture, and MSME segments, and provides doorstep banking services for all Public Sector Banks.
This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly enhance BLS E-Services' capabilities in digital service delivery and financial inclusion. atyati's robust FinTech infrastructure, deep penetration in rural and semi-urban areas, and established partnerships with 21 banking and financial institutions, including 17 Public Sector Banks, will complement BLS E-Services' existing offerings. The integration of atyati's Ganaseva platform and its extensive network of Banking Correspondents will allow the combined entity to offer more comprehensive and accessible financial services to a broader customer base.
The synergy between BLS E-Services' market presence and atyati's specialized technology and financial inclusion expertise is anticipated to drive growth and innovation. The combined entity is poised to strengthen its position in delivering last-mile financial services, leveraging technology to bridge gaps in banking accessibility and further contribute to the nation's financial inclusion agenda.
