Victaulic has acquired Arumani Ibérica SL for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the Spanish industrial installation specialist under the ownership of the global piping products manufacturer, expanding Victaulic’s operational footprint in the Iberian market.
Arumani Ibérica SL, based in Spain, provides industrial assembly and mechanical installation services. With two decades of experience, the company designs installations digitally before fabricating and mounting them on site. Its multidisciplinary team focuses on reducing construction costs and timelines while improving the productivity and lifecycle costs of new or existing facilities. The firm also emphasizes responsible resource use and reuse across its projects.
For Victaulic, the acquisition adds direct installation and fabrication capabilities that complement its core manufacturing business. Rather than relying solely on third-party contractors for project execution, Victaulic can now integrate Arumani’s digital design-to-installation workflow into its own service offerings. This is expected to shorten project lead times for clients in industrial sectors where mechanical systems are critical, such as energy, water, and process industries.
The deal also gives Victaulic a local entity with established supplier relationships and a skilled workforce in Spain. Arumani’s methodology, which pairs digital modeling with on-site assembly, aligns with Victaulic’s push toward more efficient, technology-driven project delivery. The combined operation will likely target larger infrastructure and industrial projects where coordination between product supply and installation is a key factor.
Post-acquisition, Arumani Ibérica will continue to operate under its existing brand, with its team remaining in place to preserve client continuity. Victaulic intends to leverage Arumani’s regional expertise to support its broader European growth strategy, while Arumani gains access to Victaulic’s global engineering resources and product portfolio. The integration is expected to proceed gradually, with a focus on aligning project management processes and digital tools over the coming quarters.
