Aptose Biosciences is recognized for its precision oncology approach, with a pipeline of small molecule cancer therapeutics. Its lead investigational drug candidates include Luxeptinib and Tuspetinib. Luxeptinib is a potent FLT3/BTK inhibitor being developed for B-cell malignancies, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL), as well as relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Tuspetinib, a myeloid kinase inhibitor, is in development for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, targeting multiple kinases operative in myeloid malignancies.
