Alford Distributing has been a regional mainstay for over seven decades, supplying retail and hospitality accounts across Imperial County with a portfolio of domestic and imported beers. Heimark Distributing, LLC operates as a wholesale beverage distributor with a broader footprint in the state, focusing on efficient logistics and supplier relationships. The acquisition brings Alford’s established local market presence under Heimark’s management structure.
For Heimark, the purchase expands its geographic reach into a border region with distinct consumer preferences and logistical demands.
